Carrie Marion is the director of quality for a Medicaid Health Plan in Florida. Her responsibilities include Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) management and improvement, accreditation, process improvement, Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) improvement, and provider quality of care.
